An Allied Health Course (originally slated for Thursday) is now scheduled to take place Saturday, January 30, 2010. This will provide allied health members with the opportunity to attend a 1/2 day didactic course specific to their role in robotic surgery. In addition, members will also receive the opportunity to visit the Intuitive Booth at specific times to receive some additional hands-on training and a overal tutorial on the robot. Keynote Speaker: Tod Loofbourrow, Presidnet of i-Robot's Healthcare section has just been confirmed to speak during the conference on Friday, January 29, 2010. Mr. Loofbourrow will be speaking from 10:30am-12:00pm specifically on the impact robotics will have on care- post discharge & independing living.
